Matrix Giveaways is a website located at MatrixGiveaways.com and is owned and operated by Matrix Giveaways LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Website Terms and Conditions are revised as of February 27, 2026.
Welcome to MatrixGiveaways.com (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website and any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). This is a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Member”) and Matrix Giveaways LLC. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, do not use the Website.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any modifications, you must stop using the Website and Service.

4. Giveaways / Sweepstakes
The Website hosts sweepstakes and giveaways (“Giveaways”). No purchase is necessary to enter.
Your jurisdiction may allow entry but restrict receipt of prizes. It is your responsibility to review and comply with all restrictions before entering or claiming a prize. We are not obligated to deliver a prize or allow entry if doing so would violate applicable laws or regulations.
Each Giveaway is governed by its specific Official Sweepstakes Rules posted on the Giveaway webpage. By participating, you agree to the Official Sweepstakes Rules and our decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway and the Service. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Official Sweepstakes Rules, the Official Sweepstakes Rules control.
Each Giveaway is subject to all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
5. Products
The Website offers products for sale through an online store. We attempt to be as accurate as possible when listing product and manufacturer information, but we do not warrant that any information is error-free. We reserve the right to deny any sale due to Website errors.
6. Affiliates
We may offer participation in an affiliate program through a third-party platform. By clicking “Become an Affiliate,” you may be redirected to a third-party website to apply. Participation is subject to approval and governed solely by the third party’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the third-party platform, its terms, policies, or practices.
Participation in the affiliate program does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship with the Company.
7. Orders, Payments, and Delivery
Placing an Order
To place an order, you must provide all required information, including (as applicable) your name, shipping and billing address, and payment information.
Purchases may be processed via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop, or other third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for third-party payment providers and you agree to hold us harmless and release us from liability arising from or in connection with transactions processed by third parties.
We reserve the right to deny any sale due to Website errors. If a sale is denied due to a Website error, you will be notified and will receive a full refund.
Delivery
Orders typically ship within 1–15 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by inspections, carrier delays, strikes, and other unforeseeable events. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
We may offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. Additional local taxes may apply. We reserve the right to select the carrier in our sole discretion.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
8. Refund Policy (No Returns / Final Sale)
All product purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, we may, at our sole discretion:
Issue a partial refund
Issue a full refund
Send a replacement
The resolution will depend on the severity of the damage or error.
Undeliverable / Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we may issue a refund minus shipping and handling after the returned package is received by Matrix Giveaways.
9. Content and User Conduct
“Content” includes all information, text, photos, videos, audio, data, graphics, software, and interactive features made available through the Service, including content submitted by users (“Member Content”).
You are solely responsible for your Member Content and your interactions with others. We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, remove, edit, or block Content in our sole discretion.
You agree not to use the Service to post, submit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, invasive of privacy, infringing, spam, or otherwise inappropriate, or to distribute malware or attempt unauthorized access to any systems.
10. Intellectual Property

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the Website or Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from or relating to the use of the Website or Service, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Our maximum liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website, Service, or these Terms shall be limited to the total amount you paid to us for products or services giving rise to the claim, if any.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice. Any fees paid are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service is deemed based in Utah, and use of the Service does not create personal jurisdiction over us in jurisdictions other than Utah.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
18. Disputes and Arbitration
Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Website, Service, or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Arbitration will take place in Utah County, Utah, before a single arbitrator.
YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION OR CLASS ARBITRATION. Claims must be brought on an individual basis only.
19. Severability; Waiver; Assignment; Entire Agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms; you may not assign them without our written consent. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
