This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products purchased through Matrix Giveaways, including products associated with sweepstakes entries. Sweepstakes prizes are governed separately under the Official Sweepstakes Rules.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–15 business days after payment is successfully received.

Processing times are estimates only and may be delayed due to:

  • High order volume

  • Promotional periods

  • Inventory availability

  • Holidays or carrier-related issues

Processing time does not include transit time.

Shipping Rates & Checkout Disclosure

  • Shipping costs, delivery options, and applicable limitations are displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the shipping terms presented at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

Shipping delays do not affect:

Tracking Information

Tracking information may be provided when available.
Some shipments may not include tracking depending on the fulfillment method.

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to an address provided by the customer

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs after receipt of the returned item

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are:

  • Marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Lost or stolen after delivery confirmation

No refunds or replacements are guaranteed for such cases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After review, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a partial refund

  • Issue a full refund

  • Send a replacement item

Any resolution will depend on the nature and extent of the issue.
Shipping fees remain non-refundable unless required by law.

Relationship to Sweepstakes

  • Product shipping is independent of any sweepstakes

  • Purchasing a product does not guarantee winning

  • Shipping issues do not affect sweepstakes eligibility or outcomes
